SEO Specialists
Must be experienced with Ahrefs, Semrush, and other industry standard keyword research tools.
Follow and update internal Standard Operating Procedures for all research and reporting requirements.
Understands and follows best practices for ranking non-branded ecommerce product keywords.
Had completed (or will complete before starting) the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate by Google:

Content Writers
Create and deliver well-researched product-based blog posts for ecommerce clients
Write clear marketing copy with a consistent tone.
Follow internal processes and ask for clarification as needed. Remain in constant contact with team members to ensure that tasks are executed as required.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise by looking into resolutions or contacting team members for support.
Make sure that tasks are completed accurately, per the assigned requirements.
During your scheduled shift, respond promptly to communications from team members.
Writers require excellent verbal and written English skills — preference for applicants with a degree from a North American-based university.

Content Editors
Review, edit, and approve blog posts created by a team of content writers.
Excellent proofreading skills to detect and correct spelling, grammar, and syntax errors.
Shorten or lengthen copy.
Format copy and add structured data markup to improve reader experience in Google Search results.
Confer with writers and client instructions regarding revisions to copy.
Ensure production deadlines are met by planning and coordinating writing staff assignments.
Require a degree in mass communications, journalism, or another related field issued by a North American-based university.

Client Success Manager
Support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users.
Liaison with prospective clients with pre-sale questions
Manage self-serve portal and onboarding communications with the appropriate teams.
Improve onboarding processes.
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
Mediate between clients and the production teams.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
The ability to communicate effectively and interpersonally with a proactive attitude is required.
Applicants will require excellent verbal and written English skills.

Software Developer
Require an in-house programmer to rebuild and maintain a constantly expanding workflow to manage data from various APIs:
Keyword research and ranking systems
Internal content management systems
Shopify API
Google Chrome API - specifically Google Apps Script for Google Sheets automation and Google Search Console
Customer support ticketing system
Must be experienced with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, and API development.


All remote work positions require:
A fully functional computer or laptop that can handle working on a lot of projects!
A web camera for team meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
Daily and unlimited access to a fast internet connection (minimum of 5 Mbps)
